Welcome to our salon. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline expectations, obligations, and policies related to our services.

7-Day Gel Nail Guarantee Policy

We want you to absolutely love your nails. If you experience any issues within 7 days of your gel application, we are happy to fix the problem for you at no additional cost.

What the Guarantee Covers

  • Chipping

  • Peeling

  • Lifting

  • Breaks caused by product application

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • Breaks or damage caused by accidents or misuse

  • Damage resulting from picking or peeling the gel

  • Changes requested due to colour preference

How to Make a Guarantee Claim

  • Contact us within 7 days of your appointment

  • A photo of the issue may be requested for assessment

  • Repairs must be booked within the guarantee period or at the earliest available appointment

 

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, services, and products provided by Iluvo Beauty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately after posting on our website.

 

2. Appointments & Bookings
2.1 Booking Confirmation

Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

By booking, you confirm that all information you provide (including health details) is accurate

 

2.2 Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened or rescheduled.

Full treatment cost will still apply.

 

2.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in:

Loss of deposit.

A charge up to 100% of the service cost.

Possible refusal of future bookings.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation Window

3.2 Short-Notice Cancellations

Cancellations with less than the required notice may result in:

Loss of deposit.

4. Health, Medical & Consultation Requirements
4.1 Health Information

Clients must:

Disclose accurate and complete health, medical, skin, and allergy information prior to treatment.

Inform us of any new conditions before future appointments.

This ensures treatments are safe and appropriate.

 

4.2 Contraindications

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatments if:

A medical condition makes the treatment unsafe.

You are under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Required consultation forms are not completed.

 

4.3 Patch Testing

Some treatments (e.g., tints, lashes, hair removal) may require a patch test at least 24–48 hours prior.
Refusal to complete a patch test will result in refusal of service.

 

5. Standards of Conduct
5.1 Respectful Behaviour

We maintain the right to refuse treatment or ask a client to leave the premises if they engage in:

Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Harassment toward staff or other clients.

Misuse of salon facilities.

 

5.2 Professional Boundaries

Our salon provides professional beauty and wellness services only.
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities.

 

6. Payments & Pricing
6.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash

Online payments through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, booking systems)

 

6.2 Price Changes

Prices may change at any time and will be updated on our website and booking system.

All prices include VAT where applicable.

 

7. Gift Vouchers & Packages
7.1 Validity

Reactions resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

Loss or damage to personal belongings.

Outcomes that vary naturally due to individual differences.

Nothing in these terms restricts rights under UK consumer law.

 

9. Children & Minors
9.1 Age Restrictions

Some treatments may require clients to be 16+ or 18+.

Minors must have parental consent and may require a guardian to be present.

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with a service:

Report the issue to the therapist or management within 48 hours.

Provide photos or evidence if relevant.

We will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We do not offer refunds for completed treatments, but may offer a correction session or alternative solution at our discretion.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
